My work sits at the intersection where human creativity meets technological transformation.

Strategic Leadership
I founded Gendreau Communications in 1987, leading it for 22 years as a strategic consulting firm for Fortune 500 companies across technology, pharmaceuticals, and energy sectors. Early in my career, I worked with CGI founder Serge Godin on strategic planning during the company's growth into a global technology firm. My client portfolio has included ABI, Alcan, Alcoa, Alumax, Biochem Pharma, EDF, and other major innovators.

Teaching & Innovation
For a decade, I taught creativity and innovation methodologies to doctoral candidates at Polytechnique Montréal, helping future scientists envision how to contribute meaningful solutions to complex challenges.

I've also taught in executive MBA programs (ESC Rennes), engineering schools (Télécom Bretagne, Institut Mines-Télécom, École des Mines), and delivered innovation workshops to university faculty across France, Belgium, and Quebec.

Creative Exploration
I founded and directed a contemporary art gallery in Dinard, France, for nearly ten years—an experience that deepened my understanding of how environments shape creative possibility.

Writing
I've published eight books exploring innovation, collective intelligence, and the futures we're building:

• La Cité des intelligences (1998) – Essay on collective intelligence and organizational innovation. Winner, Prix de la Revue Ressources Humaines & Management (Paris, 2001)

• Massimo Génética (1994) – Biotech thriller exploring the ethical implications of genetic engineering

• L'École des désirs (2004) – Philosophical essay on creativity, meaning, and building a humanist civilization

• Five additional works on prospective, communication, leadership and transformation
